Returns & Policies for Products
1. General 30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy for our filament, resin, and glue products. Customers may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please note:

Special Orders, Discontinued Items, Sale, and Clearance Products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
2. Restocking Fees For non-defective items returned in original, unopened condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
3. Defective Product Policy Products deemed defective will be evaluated by our support team to confirm the issue. Defects may include but are not limited to:

Irregular filament diameter.

Color discrepancies or shifts.

Improper material winding.
-
Mislabeling or incorrect product.
Important Note: Due to variations in material formulations, print performance may differ between manufacturers. A defective product determination will only address workmanship or material flaws directly related to our products.
4. Return Authorization Process (RMA) Before initiating a return, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team:

Submit a completed RMA request form available on our website.

An RMA number will be issued after review.

Ensure the product is shipped back with the assigned RMA number for tracking purposes.
5. Customer Responsibilities for Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the refund will exclude shipping fees incurred.
6. Refunds for International Orders Shipping fees for international orders do not include customs duties or taxes, which may apply. If the customer declines to pay these fees or provides an incorrect address, resulting in the return of the shipment, any applicable refunds will be reduced by shipping fees and return handling costs.
7. Refunds Process Refunds are processed only after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Upon approval:

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers will receive a notification email upon approval or denial of the refund.
8. Exchanges We replace defective or damaged items only. Customers wishing to exchange an item should contact our support team with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Exchanges are processed once the defective product has been received.
9. Gift Purchases

If marked as a gift at the time of purchase, returned items will be eligible for a gift credit equal to the purchase value.

If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
